On July 5, 2024, ZhongAng New Material Technical Seminar was successfully held in M1-04 conference room on the second floor of the National Convention and Exhibition Center (Shanghai)! The seminar, as a concurrent activity of 2024 Casting Expo and Die Casting Exhibition, attracted the participation of experts, scholars and enterprise representatives in the foundry industry to explore the application research and future development of artificial casting sand, and share the latest development trend in the industry.
ZhongAng CC-3 sintered ceramic sand, application of new technology
Wu Mengqi, Sales Director of ZhongAng New Material, introduced CC-3 sintered ceramic sand with new application process in the seminar. He said that CC-3 sintered ceramic sand has better plasticity and heat resistance than the same type of sand material, which can improve the precision and surface quality of castings, while reducing production costs and shortening the production cycle. Wu Mengqi also shared the application of CC-3 sintered ceramic sand in cold core box, hot core box (laminated sand) and 3D printing process, demonstrating its excellent performance in different casting scenarios.
JH Activator - a new product in the field of clay sand process
Mr. Ogasawara from Japan Ladybird Co., Ltd. brought new products of JH active agent in clay sand process field. He explained how JH active agent prevents the surface of clay sand from drying and improves the surface stability, effectively preventing sand entrapment, pressing and other defective problems.
Application of ZhongAng CC-4 sintered ceramic sand in the production of investment casting process
Wang Jingshuo, Technical Director of ZhongAng New Material, focused on the application of CC-4 sintered ceramic sand in the production of investment casting process. Through market research and analysis and comparison, he showed the background of CC-4 sintered ceramic sand research and development and application advantages.
